MAC – In charge of coordinating it all. 17 + years in the home building modular business – from small ranches to very large custom homes – involved from the beginning to the end – one of his specialties is matching the client up with the proper Modular producer. MAC believes if you can wrap the company up with good quality people, people that are leaders in their field and you help the customer to a pleasant new home experience, getting what they want at a fair price for all involved, everyone wins!

KATHI – OFFICE MANAGER – Kathi was brought on board to keep our office and its paper flow totally and professional managed. She is a total, all around Business Office Management Professional. She has many years of experience as office Manger in companies such as a fuel delivery company, a Dr’s office and the Red Cross. She is absolutely proficient at all phases of bookkeeping and accounting including our taxes. She is computer literate in programs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Access. She also is versed in areas of insurance claims, billing and verification. Finally she has great experience in collections. She is a huge asset to our company and I am sure that you will find her not only totally adept, but a great communicator and efficient and dedicated to a truly well run, organized and professional company.

WAYNE - CAD / DESIGNER. We felt that one of the challenges of our industry is overcoming the typical bottle neck that occurs in a manufacturer's drafting and engineering department. The time delays at the plant can easily be 2-3 weeks per request. So if you make a series of changes most builders would be looking at 2-3 months of drawings back and forth and waiting for returns and changes. That won't happen here. We have Wayne Morris, who will insure the design process is completed before submission to the factory. Wayne brings over 15 years of Modular engineering experience to the team. For 10 years, he was part of the engineering team of a high-end modular manufacturer in New York state. For 8 of those years, he was CAD Manager and oversaw a team of CAD drafters and worked on new designs and construction techniques to expand the capabilities of Modular construction. He created their web site (as well as this one) and wrote framing software and other CAD applications. The past 5 years, he has specialized in offering modular design, CAD and web services to clients in the northeast. Wayne lives and works in the northern Adirondack Mountains of New York. MORTGAGE COMPANY - This area is a little bit different - We have several mortgage companies that work with us. This is strictly because the mortgage and money part of life is becoming so much more involved and sophisticated. It used to be you just went and applied for a standard 30 year mortgage, not anymore. There are so many more factors involved today that we need to chat with you some to try to determine which of our partnering lenders might be able to best suit you. EXCAVATION – JOHN. A father/son local company – a pair of gentlemen. They know what to do, do their job and have wonderful relations with the communities that we work with and are respected by all. They have newer equipment in good condition and are involved with the coordination of the entire site situation from clearing through the water hook ups

FOUNDATION – JOHN. We are ahead of the curve here, using a product that has been around over 20 years but yet is new or unheard of by many builders who are still building the old fashioned way. Our foundations are built using the the Superior Walls system of panelized foundations. Ordering, installation and general management of your foundation and all critical parts are handled by a true old pro – John Williams. John will discuss openings, supports, open spaces, door and window entries and all of the related items to make sure your foundation is a welcome and important part of your structure. It will not be conversation with – “and Oh yeah you have a foundation”. John has not only been familiar with foundations but with the Modular industry for many, many years. He’s very professional and a real pro.

MANUFACTURER – most builders in this industry tend to represent one manufacturer. Generally, they can draw only on that one manufacturer's abilities, options, views and talents. We know that all of you come to the table with different tastes, desires, pocketbooks and expectations, and for that reason we actually use 3 different manufacturers. We will match up the producer who will give you the most of what you want based on time schedules, options, style of home and budget to truly give you a great value. We use Haven Homes, Deluxe Homes and CBS.

CRANE COMPANY – MATT and PAUL. A family run business that has been around for over 40 years. The sons have taken over for Dad. MAC has worked with these people, true professionals of their business, lifting and setting homes for over 15 years. They are conscientious regarding the site, and careful moving and setting the modules. A great asset to our team.

THE SET COMPANY – DALE, has been around the Modular business for a long time. He has set as many as 125 homes or more in a year for over 15 years for an assortment of different manufacturers' homes and has a wonderful wealth of experience to bring to the table.

PLUMBING-HEATING-AIR CONDITIONING - SCOTT - Leading Heating - Air Condition and Plumbing specialist serving the area for over 18 years. Scott is E.P.A Certified mechanical journeyman for 10+ years. He has worked with Radiant Floor and baseboard heating, is a York Heating and Cooling Product Specialist, as well as Carrier, Trane, Weatherman, Ducane, Weil McLain, Burnham and other of the biggest and best know suppliers. Scot's motto is - SERVICE YOU DESIRE - COMFORT YOU DEMAND. The pleasure here is that not only is Scott knowledgeable about his field but free and willing to meet with you and discuss your questions and concerns about their specific part of your home building. You will be happy when you see him arrive on your job site - clean shiny well kept truck and well kept clean cut guy - showing pride in their company and their work - no broken down pick up trucks here.

FINISH CREW – We have searched long and hard and brought on board a professional interior finishing crew. They are finishers, painters and floor trim specialists. That's what they do and that's what they have done for years. They have a desire to make it stronger,and better built than most builders even think about because they want it done right. Getting things done the inexpensive way is not the driving force, but whether they and the customer will be happy with it in the end.

DECKS - JOHN - We will finish the house off by building, unless you opt differently, our standard 12 x 12 deck off the rear. The final step is that we will not leave you hanging without steps or small decks/porches in and out of your home like others. We have a standard front entrance deck/porch 4 x 8 that we will finish off for you. These are built by professional deck. John, a long time local resident, was in the landscaping business for years and was asked by so many people to build decorative decks that he began to offer them as part of his landscape services. His deck work is now in such demand, that that is all he does.
